Oswaldo Ramses Navarro () (born October 2, 1984 in Villa de Cura, Venezuela) is a former Major League Baseball shortstop. He was signed as a non-drafted free agent out of Venezuela on August 12, . Navarro was a September call-up for the Mariners in . In his first at-bat, he recorded a hit on a bunt. He was granted free agency in 2009 and signed a minor league contract with Houston Astros on December 8, 2009.
